Founder & Director

Lyndsey Curtis

Lyndsey founded Inspire in April 2016 following many years working within the care sector, specifically supporting individuals with learning disabilities.

Her understanding comes from both professional and personal experience, having grown up with a sibling with learning disabilities and now raising a son with autism.

Inspire is much more than a job to Lyndsey. She is passionate about providing care, encouragement and opportunities that help clients learn, grow, enjoy life and reach their potential.

I absolutely love my job. Seeing our clients progress in life skills, enjoy social activities and build lasting friendships, it’s like one big, supportive family.
